Eco-Regen reimagines the existing Tasoh Lake Resort — 39 acres beside the 1,300-hectare Timah Tasoh Lake in Perlis — as a working example of regenerative tourism. Rather than building from raw land, PAXVENTUS is transforming an already-operating destination: real chalets, a real lakefront, and an existing community, redesigned around a closed-loop model.
